SalesFusion vs Monaco
Both put agents on the busywork and leave you the calls. Monaco swaps your CRM for its platform. I build the system on the CRM you already have, starting from why your best customers bought, and you own all of it.
Best practice is built into every tool now. Why your customers bought, and why the next one would move now, isn’t. That’s the first two weeks of every build.
| Monaco | SalesFusion | |
|---|---|---|
| Your CRM | Replaced by Monaco’s platform | Kept: HubSpot or Attio |
| What your outreach says | Pre-built templates that adapt to signals | Your sales argument, from why your best customers bought, in their words |
| The calls | You close, with an AI copilot and Monaco’s AE | You take the calls, with a sales process written from how I close, and agents on everything around them |
| Who builds it | A Monaco AE helps set up and run your motion | I build it with you, and we run it together through month 12 |
| What you own | Access to the platform while you pay for usage | Everything: the playbook, the agents, the data |
| RevOps and reporting | A database that enriches and maintains itself, plus insights from its RevOps agents | Your CRM stays yours and tells the truth; every Monday, your MRR against your day-one line |
| If it doesn’t work | Stop paying | Every dollar back if you’re under the half-pace line three month-ends in a row |
What’s different
Monaco quotes an average customer. I get judged on you: your MRR, every week, against a line that starts where you are today.
Their agents find more companies like your customers. I start from your won and lost deals: which ones buy fast, which ones stay, and what tells us they’re ready now.
Nothing goes out until you approve it. A kind of message only runs on its own after about two weeks with no edits, and only if you switch it on. Pricing, contracts and new promises always stay with you.
The person in your build is me. I’ve closed more than $10M in deals myself, and I take four builds a month because I’m in every one.
When Monaco is the better pick
You want a new CRM with a contact database built in, and you’re happy to run the motion yourself with their AE’s help.
